The Waterloo Regional Airport, a Non-Hub Primary Commercial Service Airport, and a department of the City of Waterloo, is requesting Letters of Interest from qualified firms for the removal of existing and installation of a new Parking Access and Revenue Control (PARCS) system. Firms or individuals with experience in the above mentioned areas as they relate to the airport industry are encouraged to participate.
