OPERATIONS COORDINATOR - ASPEN/PITKIN COUNTY AIRPORT
To help achieve the airport’s vision of delivering a warm, welcoming experience in an extraordinary place, the Operations Coordinator provides a safe and efficient airport operation. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local requirements for commercial airports by performing routine and day-to-day efforts of the Operations staff on both the airport’s airside and landside. Ensures compliance with airport, environmental and security-related terminal regulations. Takes corrective action as necessary. Ensures accuracy of reports, manuals and inspections. Acts as liaison between senior level airport management and airport users when senior level staff is unavailable. Is a visible presence representing the County and Airport Administration, providing outstanding customer service to airport users and the broader airport community, including: vendors, concessionaires, airlines, tenants and the general public.
DIRECTOR - ASSET MANAGEMENT CVG
The Director - Asset Management with the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport is responsible for conducting, managing and programming airport infrastructure condition assessments to plan for refurbishments, retrofits, upgrades and/or replacements into the future. The incumbent will also serve as an airport facility subject matter expert establishing robust inspections, recommending preventive maintenance programs, conducting condition assessments that allow for maximum sustainability, energy management, ensuring efficient operations and reliability. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field to the area of assignment and ten years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. AIRPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER - ROANOKE REGIONAL AIRPORT COMMISSION
Under general supervision of the Operations Manager and/or Operations Supervisor, monitors airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, and Commission regulations and leases. Monitors and performs inspections of both airside and landside airport property and facilities to ensure Commission’s and tenants’ compliance with FARs 77, 139, TSR’s 1520, 1540, 1542, and the safety of all users of the airport; Performs snow removal and related duties, including friction testing and field condition reporting; Performs necessary duties contributing to a clean, safe environment, ensuring compliance with Commission and applicable government regulations; Assists in the development and updates of FAA required and other manuals and plans; Conducts runway inspections; Assists in research for and preparation of bid specifications as requested; Reports discrepancies and unsafe conditions in a timely and accurate manner via work orders and use of the NOTAM system.
AIRPORT OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Entry level position. Performs various duties at Tweed-New Haven Airport as dictated by operational requirements, including responding to airport alerts, snow removal, recording of aircraft movements, performing airport and security inspections. Duties include airside and landside inspections, periodic safety and quality control inspections of aviation fuel storage facility and fueling operations, safety and environmental compliance, emergency response, NOTAM management, wildlife management, and communications duties on an as-needed basis. Communications duties include security system monitoring, responding to Operations and Security related issues.
