SENIOR AVIATION PLANNER
Hanson Professional Services Inc. is seeking a candidate to fill a full time Senior Aviation Planner position. This position is expected to take a leading role in the Hanson airport planning program and serve as a technical lead. This position will have a focus on the Midwest (Chicago, Detroit and Memphis FAA Airport District Office areas), but will also support airport planning in southeast and southcentral geographies. Office location is flexible within the focus market area.
BUSINESS MANAGER - RALEIGH/DURHAM AIRPORT AUTHORITY
Provides property lease management services for the daily operations of concession tenants including food/beverage, retail, commissary, ground rentals, General Aviation Terminal, rental car and passenger services with a focus on developing commercial business opportunities. Plans all aspects of business operations and increases customer relations through development of concession concepts and ensuring financial sustainability. 3-5 years of experience in shopping center, rental car, or airport retail management.
This position is responsible for coordinating large and small airport projects for the Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field General Aviation Airport. Work involves the coordination of staff, consultants and contractors; and involves negotiations. This position is responsible for keeping all airport engineering and construction projects on schedule, under budget and fully coordinated. Requires experience with multi-disciplined architectural, engineering and construction improvement projects and contracts. Excellent communications skills are a must.
