AVIATION PLANNER
Corgan is actively recruiting an experienced Planner to join our growing Aviation Practice in Dallas. The firm is currently working on innovative and challenging projects throughout the U.S. and is pursuing new opportunities overseas. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of aviation projects with previous experience planning terminals at medium to large airports. Experience in the aviation field and a willingness to travel is required. Candidates must have a professional degree in Airport Management, Planning, Architecture, or related field plus 1-9 years’ experience in the aviation field with recent aviation planning assignments or A Master’s degree with internship experience. Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should be proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and other graphics related programs. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit or other 3-D modeling programs preferred.

REAL ESTATE MANAGER
At the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority the Business Management team develops, negotiates, implements and manages all revenue producing agreements and relationships between the Airport Authority and private enterprises. The Business Management team currently manages a portfolio of over 240 agreements generating in excess of $170 million annual revenues. Agreements under management include but are not limited to food and beverage concessions, retail concessions, rental car licenses, facility use and occupancy leases, easements, and rights of way. The individual will be responsible for driving enhanced business relationships that advance the customer experience of the Airport while ensuring revenue goals and objectives are met. The right candidate will be a self-motivated, strategic thinker, good communicator (both written and verbal), and consensus builder among diverse stakeholders. The candidate must be able to work diplomatically with government entities, internal staff, tenants and community stakeholders.
