AIRPORT OPERATIONS DUTY MANAGER
Serves as an Airport Operations Duty Manager at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Performs airport management duties with shift responsibility for the safe, efficient, and secure operation of the entire DCA Airport (Airport) complex during assigned shift, including aircraft operations, terminal buildings, leased areas, Airports Authority office buildings, Airport road systems, Airport parking structures, and associated properties. Maintains constant awareness of changing conditions, activities and requirements affecting Airport operations, such as construction and maintenance projects, security requirements, meteorological conditions, arrivals and departures, passenger, and vehicular traffic. Manages work with the goal of maximizing safety and security with minimal disruption to Airport operations. Develops and implements approved Airport security, certification and safety programs in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations and Airports Authority guidelines. Reacts and responds to incidents, events, problems and complaints in a professional manner with the authority to take appropriate actions.
ONSITE BIM SPECIALIST (GEOSPATIAL TECHNICIAN)

The BIM Specialist will work collectively with the Program Managers/Program Directors, cross-functional client team members and internal Woolpert departments. This individual will review and integrate BIM as-built deliverables into the airport’s GIS database, work with model standards, integrate data with Facility Operations and Maintenance, provide data management, file maintenance and updates, and exports.

This position is responsible for coordinating all planning and development activities of the Colorado Springs Airport, including Business Park and General Aviation development. The selected candidate will also work with other divisions, outside agencies, and the public to provide professional assistance, detailed and conceptual airfield and landside planning, rezoning, platting, development plan review, and coordination of development within the Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF CLASS: The purpose of the class is to assist in the management, maintenance and direction of the City of Brownsville Airport. Under the supervision of the Airport director, the assistant airport director will personally and through supervisors, direct administrative, operational and maintenance functions to ensure a safe, efficient, legal, and profitable airport operation. ESSENTIAL TASKS: Performs duties as acting Airport Director in the absence of the Airport Director. Assists in developing funding sources, implementation plans, and strategies for airfield construction, equipment acquisitions, and expansion projects. Assists in the management and maintenance of department’s policies and procedures in compliance with FAA regulations for safety and security. Assists in the development and implementation of the departmental budget. Interprets and enforces laws, ordinances, rules and regulations governing all airport operations and activities.
