DIRECTOR, STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
The Director of Stakeholder Engagement shall be responsible for building, reinforcing and maintaining a customer-centric culture among all those working with and/or for the OIAA and ONT. The DSE shall lead the Authority’s activities pertaining to the development and expansion of customer service offerings at, around and aboard Ontario International Airport. In association with this position, the term “customer” shall always be as broad as possible, to include (but not be limited to: Traveling Passengers, Future Potential Traveling Passengers, Friends/Family Picking up/Dropping Off Traveling Passengers, Airlines (to include those currently operating at ONT, those included in OIAA Air Service Development efforts and those which may find themselves at ONT in diversion or MRO status or under any other circumstances). Food, Beverage and Retail Concessionaires, Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) and other tenant companies, ONT Volunteers, OIAA/ONT On-Site Vendors.
AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Airport Operations Supervisor at Des Moines Airport Authority represents airport authority management in overseeing the daily operations of the airport with particular emphasis on airfield operations including FAA compliance standards, safety, security, aircraft movement, snow removal, NOTAM issuance, weather observation, wildlife mitigation and coordinating emergency response operations. We are looking for a knowledgeable air service professional to join our team and help grow air service in Denver. We need someone with an interest and knowledge around market trends, economic conditions and airline business models. You must have exceptional communication, written and verbal, with both internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have: Bachelors' Degree in a related field, three or more years' experience in air service development including passenger and cargo services, aircraft performance and airport operational capabilities, event management and marketing experience, professional presentation experience, bilingual.
