indiana
Tri-State Steuben County Airport, located in Angola Indiana, has two facilities with available space for lease. One is an 8100 ft2 building with a 60-foot-wide and 16-foot-high bi-fold door. This building was previously used for aircraft maintenance. This building has the option to be used in whole or in part, we would prefer an aviation use but is not required. Building has radiant LP gas heat and is located on the ramp. We also are looking to lease space in our newly constructed Terminal that also has a heated hangar with ramp access. This building would also be ideal for either a business aircraft or mechanic that is looking for a great airport and area to set up shop.
