Develop, implement, and maintain the airports’ annual Operations & Management and Capital Improvement Program Budgets. Seek out and coordinate new airport business opportunities. Serve as the liaison with the FAA and Georgia Department of Transportation on behalf of Macon-Bibb County Finance Department. Develop and implement a new Airport Internship Program. Administer the company’s human resource policies and procedures; and ensure adherence with all OSHA requirements. The Executive Director for the Louisville Regional Airport Authority (SDF) serves as the top aviation/airport executive in the airport/airport system. The incumbent directs the overall management of the airport/airport system, typically including its capital, real property, human resources and other assets. This position is also responsible for a highly motivated, successful and capable staff of professionals.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Airport Management, Engineering or related field. Must have strong working knowledge of a variety of practices and procedures including Federal, State and local laws and regulations for areas of responsibility and 12 years of increasing responsibility in Airport Management with most recent experience at Deputy or equivalent level. CHIEF, AIRCRAFT RESCUE AND FIREFIGHTING DEPARTMENT
This position is responsible for directing the operations of NFTA’s Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Department, including proper training of ARFF officers, maintaining proper staffing levels and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. The position conducts fire inspections of refueling vehicles and fuel tank farm, and safety inspections on all airport buildings. Work includes responsibility for the command of airport crash/fire/rescue operations. Work requires the application of considerable independent judgment and initiative and is reviewed by the Director of Aviation through conferences and observation of results obtained.

the Crater Lake - Klamath Regional Airport (LMT) is accepting applications for the position of Airport Operations Specialist. The Crater Lake - Klamath Regional Airport is a Part 139 nonhub primary commercial airport located in south central Oregon (www.flykfalls.com). An employee in this position works under the immediate supervision of the Airport Operations Manager. The position performs a variety of tasks in overall safety, security, upkeep, and maintenance of runways, taxiways, aprons, buildings, road, grounds, pavements, and associated areas at the airport. This position assists in ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations Part 77 and 139, 49 CFR Part 1542 and Transportation Security Regulations 1540 series, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and requirements to ensure the safety and security of all airport users. This is a non-supervisory position.
