AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Portland International Jetport is adding additional Airport Operations Supervisors to our growing team. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this position plans, organizes, and supervises airside and landside operations on a rotating 24x7 schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and being on-call. Responsibilities include the inspection of airside, terminal, and landside facilities. Other duties include coordinating airport construction, issuing NOTAMs, ensuring FAR Part 139 compliance, coordinating special events, enforcing environmental regulations, mitigating wildlife hazards, responding to emergencies, and other duties as assigned. Reviews and acts on matters involving safety, security, and customer service. Responsible for coordinating security/driver's training. PROJECT MANAGER - AVIATION
Project Manager (Aviation) Under minimum supervision, our client is seeking a self-starting experienced project manager who is customer oriented and driven to complete projects within budget, on time and with high standards implemented. The PM is responsible for the direction, coordination, and management of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State aviation planning and capital projects. The PM will assist in the implementation and maintenance of an airport’s Capital Improvement Program and will provide administrative support during project execution, including construction plans and specification reviews, correspondence, contracts, reports, and procedures. In addition, further responsibilities include compliance with objectives contained within a Statewide Aviation System Plan, the federal grant block program and airport improvement program, individual Airport Master Plans, environmental laws, federal land acquisition, grant assurance requirements, state licensing, and airspace matters.
