PROJECT MANAGER - CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS (ABE)
Assists in the development, coordination and implementation of the overall Airport Authority Capital Improvement Program. Assists the department in submitting grant applications, monitoring grant progress, and reviewing invoices/pay applications. Multi-year capital planning coordination of the program with both internal and external stakeholders is required. Coordinates with the Authority's on-call consultants and on-site engineers to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget; monitors progress and budget expended as it relates to the Capital Program Master Schedule. Prepares and/or reviews scope and fees, bid documents, project plans and specifications as necessary for the Capital Improvement Program. Attends and participates in pre-bid meetings, bid openings and pre-construction meetings and negotiations. Obtains permits on behalf of the Airport as necessary. SUPERVISING AVIATION SECURITY COORDINATOR
