Industry Briefing - JFK Rooftop Plaza Industry Briefing - Development of the Roof Level Plaza of the Future Ground Transportation Center at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will host a virtual Industry Briefing on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. for parties interested in learning about the anticipated procurement for the development of the Roof Level Plaza of the future Ground Transportation Center at John F. Kennedy International Airport (“Project”). The purpose of the Industry Briefing is to provide context and background regarding the Project, the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI), and the anticipated procurement process. Please RSVP through the Industry Briefing Registration Form link on the website by no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, February 7, 2022. Professional Architectural/Engineering Services San Luis Valley Regional Airport ("Airport") is seeking professional architectural/engineering (A/E) services from multi-discipline A/E firms for the design and preparation of plans and specifications and support services for various airport improvement projects including but not limited to bidding services, project administration, supervision, and coordination for airport A/E projects expected or anticipated during the next five (5) years. Statements of Qualifications will be received at the San Luis Valley Regional Airport, 2490 State Avenue, Alamosa, Colorado 81101 until 3:00 p.m., local time, Friday, February 25, 2022. Any Statement of Qualifications received after this time will be considered non-responsive and returned unopened. Qualifications will be evaluated only from teams that meet the minimum criteria as set forth in the complete Request for Qualifications document. RFP 2022-003 - Insurance Brokerage Services The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is soliciting proposals from insurance brokerage firms to provide services to market, place, and administer CAA’s insurance requirements for a three-year period commencing July 1, 2022. The successful proposer shall be a professional firm which independently practices as an insurance broker, and whose principal corporate engagements, source of revenues, and client base are derived solely from brokerage services rendered directly to clients. Firms must be registered with the CAA’s procurement portal (https://ctairports.procureware.com) to access the Request for Proposals (RFP) document in its entirety and to submit a proposal.

We have been engaged by a significant international aircraft painting company that is looking to expand in the United States and have a hangar facility be operational by mid-2022. They would prefer an existing facility instead of a build-to-suit, even if modifications are required. The hangar needs to be large enough to accommodate a Boeing 777-300 ER (Length: 242 feet 4 inches, Wingspan: 212 feet 7 inches.) Wherever the company ends up, they will bring a significant amount of jobs. Please contact us with any facilities that may fit this requirement.

The Capital Region Airport Authority intends to select a consultant to assist in the Capital Region International Airport Master Plan Update. PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP AT THE KENAI MUNICIPAL AIRPORT The Kenai Municipal Airport and the City of Kenai are seeking qualified applicants to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) outlining their capabilities and expertise in the management, development, and operation of the Alaska Regional Fire Training Center. The Alaska Regional Fire Training Center is a 23,000 square foot facility situated on 10 acres. It is Alaska's only FAA sponsored Aircraft Rescue Firefighting training center and presents tremendous opportunity to offer additional aviation, industrial, occupational safety, and emergency management training. In 2020, ENA completed a $6M rehabilitation of the Center and purchased new ARFF apparatus. This EOI is designed to gauge the level of interest of a public private partnership for a third-party to operate and manage the Alaska Regional Fire Training Center, all associated property, and development of the Center.
