The Norfolk Airport Authority will accept qualification proposals from consulting firms to provide professional services as required by the Authority to assist in the development and implementation of financing plans for bond or other alternative financing of the public, rental car and employee parking garage facilities to be constructed at the Norfolk International Airport.
