We have been engaged by a significant international aircraft painting company that is looking to expand in the United States and have a hangar facility be operational by mid-2022. They would prefer an existing facility instead of a build-to-suit, even if modifications are required. The hangar needs to be large enough to accommodate a Boeing 777-300 ER (Length: 242 feet 4 inches, Wingspan: 212 feet 7 inches.) Wherever the company ends up, they will bring a significant amount of jobs. Please contact us with any facilities that may fit this requirement.

The Town of Mammoth Lakes (Town) is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified consulting firms that have experience in all aspects of airport development and management and are well versed in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) processes and regulations, to provide airport management support to the Town for Mammoth Yosemite Airport (MMH) and regional air service issues. This RFQ is a solicitation for responses that will assist the Town in selecting a consultant to provide airport management support and administrative services for Mammoth Yosemite Airport. Services will include, but will not be limited to, airport and aviation management advisory and support services, working with stakeholders on regional air service issues, and coordination with the Airport’s Core Management Team and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The Request for Qualifications can be obtained from the Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids. Proposals are due January 21, 2022 at 4:00 PM.

The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) is accepting qualifications to provide complete consulting services for the CDRPA, to include engineering, planning, environmental, project administration and construction management for aviation-related projects at Pangborn Memorial Airport. **Taxiway and Connectors rehabilitation and / or new construction. **Drainage Improvements. **Landside parking drainage and paving improvements that directly support aviation uses. **Electrical and Lighting upgrades and expansion. **Storm water management plan update and revisions. **Land Acquisition. **Design and construction of General Aviation areas, FBO aprons. **Airport landside access roads or airside service roads new construction and / or rehabilitation that directly support aviation uses. **Security fencing. **Navigational aids. **Aviation fuel storage facilities. **Or other work as identified.
