The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is accepting bids for one (1) 3,000 Gallon Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (“ARFF”) Vehicle for the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (‘HEKA”) in St. Croix, U.S Virgin Islands and one (1) 1,500 Gallon ARFF Vehicle for the Cyril E. King (“CEKA”) in St. Thomas, U.S Virgin Islands.
