The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is soliciting proposals for Edward Wilmoth Blyden Terminal Marine Terminal Improvement Project. Complete invitation to bid may be obtained on CD costing ($50 each) by bona fide bidders from the office of Engineering at Virgin Islands Port Authority, Administrative Building, 8074 Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, USVI and from office of Purchasing at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St Croix, USVI (340) 778-2830. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. (AST) in the Crown Bay Center Conference Room with a site visit immediately following.
