The City of Philadelphia, Department of Commerce, Division of Aviation, seeks qualified Applicants to provide electrical engineering and consulting services for Project A: Aircraft Apron/Ramp Lighting Program; Project B: Replace Cargo City Radial Substations for Tenant Buildings; and Project C: Electrical Improvements (Terminal) - Replace Emergency Substations. The Office of Economic Opportunity has set a range of 25 - 30% MBE and/or WBE participation. Pre-Proposal Meeting: March 6, 2018 at 2:00 PM EST. Applicant Questions Due: March 9, 2018.
