Chautauqua County, NY Department of Public Facilities is soliciting business proposals from interested and qualified parties seeking to enter into a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) lease/operate contract at the County’s Dunkirk, NY Airport (DKK). DKK is a publically-owned, public use, general aviation facility under NPIAS and is situated along the Lake Erie littoral in the NY southern tier. A site visit is scheduled for February 15, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Phase I proposals are due on March 8, 2018 to be followed by a second phase negotiation with parties deemed most technically responsive to the phase 1 solicitation. Offerors must submit Phase 1 proposals (3 copies) to the address provided in the solicitation.
