ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS for UTILITY BILL REVIEW services shall be received by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, not later than 2:00 p.m (central time), Thursday, April 4, 2019. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. (ct), Thursday, March 14, 2019, in the CSF Building located at 815 Hangar Lane, Nashville, TN in the CSF Conference Room. A one-time tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. Copies of the RFP, Proposal Schedule, Attachments, etc.,will be available on Thursday, February 28, 2019 and may be obtained electronically from www.aerobidz.aero, an online tendering service. Select: The (SMDBE) Small Minority Woman-Owned Business participation level established for this project is Zero Percent Race and Gender Neutral.
