The City of San Diego is inviting letters of expression of interest from qualified firms who may be interested in leasing approximately 24 acres of land located at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport FBO operations. The leasehold is improved with 132 tiedown spaces, 55 T-Hangars, 35 Port-a-ports, 22 covered tiedowns, 10 executive hangars, four box hangars, a shop hangar, a community hangar, a 6,000 sq. ft. office building, and an underground fuel farm. The existing lessee will be required to quitclaim these improvements to the new lessee (except for 10 Port-a-ports and two (2) Box Hangars which are privately owned): Firms who may be interested in leasing, developing and operating are asked to send a letter, with your firm’s contact information, expressing your interest.
