Description of WorkThe Cedar Rapids Airport Commission (Commission) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform audits (agreed upon procedures engagement) of four agreements with car rental companies; one retail, food, and beverage concession agreement; and one management contract for operation of the airport public parking facilities at The Eastern Iowa Airport (CID) for compliance with the financial and operating reporting required by the agreements as applicable. It is understood that references to audit in the RFP refers to an agreed-upon procedures engagement as conducted in accordance with attestation standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
