Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, material, services and equipment for construction of the Red Hook Terminal Annex Project at the Urman Victor Fredericks Marine Facility, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands will be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA), Office of Engineering at the Crown Bay Center, until 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 7, 2020. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 10AM. Bidders are invited to submit proposals on the Proposal Forms provided.
