REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NO. PB 19-6 AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINE CONCESSION AGREEMENT AT THE PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Palm Beach County, the operator of the Palm Beach International Airport, is seeking qualified firms to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Automated Teller Machine (ATM) Concession Agreement at the Airport. The proposal documents will be available on or about April 3, 2019. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference on April 9, 2019 and proposals will be due on April 23, 2019, unless otherwise noted in the proposal package or a subsequent amendment. The Birmingham Airport Authority (BAA) is pursuing the upgrade of existing AED units and the acquisition of additional AED units, associated response kits and wall cabinets. Optional items will include installation of cabinets, additional units and a monitoring system. The BAA currently owns and maintains 12 Phillips Heartstart FRx AED units and 6 Phillips Heartstart FR2 AED units. The BAA wishes to upgrade to fully automatic units and to increase the number of units available. The existing units will be available for trade in to reduce the cost of the new units. All questions must be submitted in writing to Jim Payne, Director of Operations & Planning, at jpayne@flybirmingham.com. Sealed proposals must be submitted in the manner stated in the full document to the attention of Jim Payne, Birmingham Airport Authority, 5900 Messer Airport Highway, Birmingham, AL 35212, no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on April 22, 2019.
