John Wayne Airport (JWA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from experienced full and limited service Fixed Base Operators to manage general aviation services at JWA. JWA is conducting its General Aviation Improvement Program, intended to evaluate and plan for the future needs of general aviation at JWA and the final plan is scheduled to be completed in late 2018. SOQs are due no later than April 13, 2018 at or before 2:00 pm PDT. Each SOQ shall be presented in 1 inch 3 ring binder with clear cover on the outside using 8-1/2 x 11 size paper and limited to ten two sided pages. One original and twelve hard copies and twelve electronic copies on flash drives should be received at the address and time specified.
