Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is seeking proposals for the development of a Common Use Passenger Lounge (“Lounge”) at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BNIA) from qualified parties for the operations set forth in this RFP. This RFP will result in the award of a concession privilege for the design, development, construction/renovation, maintenance and operation of a full service, Lounge serving all passengers at BNIA. The Leased Premises consists of approximately 2892 square feet of space located post security. The Leased Premises were built out by US Airways and previously used as a customer lounge by US Airways and American Airlines.
