Jackson Municipal Airport Authority (“JMAA”) is issuing this request for proposals from qualified business entities for the development and operation of the In-Terminal Advertising Concession at the Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (“JAN”). JMAA will receive proposals at JAN, until 3:00 p.m. CST on July 13 2018.
Information for Respondents relating to this RFP is on file and open for public inspection at the offices of JMAA. JMAA will hold a Pre-Submission Conference at 10:00 a.m. CST June 6, 2018, in the Community Room, 3rd Floor, Main Terminal Building. The Pre-Submission Conference is not mandatory. No additional conferences or meetings will be scheduled. JMAA has established (“ACDBE”) goal of 20% of Goods and Services.
