The Louisville Regional Airport Authority (LRAA) is inviting proposals from qualified, responsible and financially sound proposers to enter into the Air Cargo Center Lease Agreement for the right and privilege to lease the Air Cargo Center thereon located at 4901 Crittenden Drive, Louisville International Airport, Louisville, Kentucky. Sealed proposals shall be received at the Office of the Director of Properties, at the Administrative Offices of the LRAA, 700 Administration Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40209, until and not later than 10:00 a.m., local time, on July 9, 2019. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the above address on May 31, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., local time.
