The City of Pocatello is requesting Statements of Qualifications to retain the services of a qualified consultant for airport architectural/engineering and construction administration/management services at the Pocatello Regional Airport. The services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, Architectural/Engineering Services for Airport Development Projects, Construction Management/Administration, Onsite Construction Inspection and Special Services as defined in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D paragraphs 1-4(b) and 1-5. However, some of the services may not be required. The services will be limited to those projects reasonably expected to be performed for the airport within the next five (5) years. The Omaha Airport Authority intends to solicit qualified firms, joint ventures and teams to provide Staff Augmentation Services that shall assist the Omaha Airport Authority and the Executive Management Team in managing the planning, design, construction and close-out of the Eppley Airfield Terminal Development Program. The Procurement comprises separate Scopes of Work for Project Management/Construction Management Services (PM/CM) and Program Controls Services. The Staff Augmentation Request for Proposal (RFP) Package will be sent to interested proponents on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 via an e-mail from SKYSITE, sending a link to download the documents.
