Qualifications are being solicited for the purposes of (1) establishing a list of qualified firms to provide legal services to the Wayne County Airport Authority (the “Airport Authority”) on a variety of matters, and (2) entering into contracts with one or more firms to provide certain legal services to the Airport Authority. The Qualified List will be in place for a term of three (3) years, with one two (2) year renewal option exercisable in the sole discretion of the Airport Authority’s CEO, and any contract entered into shall expire on the same date as the Qualified List; further, at the Response Deadline, the opportunity to join Qualified List will close until the expiration of the Qualified List.
