The City of Fresno Airports Department (Owner) invites interested Design-Build Entities (Proposer) to submit Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) for the Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) Parking Structure - 2019 Project. The SOQs will be reviewed and evaluated using a qualifications- based selection process. The RFQ establishes the process for soliciting and evaluating SOQs from Proposers interested in serving as the Design-Builder. The Project will be designed and constructed in two phases (Preconstruction and Construction) using the progressive design-build delivery method.
