Sealed proposals for GROUND HANDLING AND PASSENGER SERVICE OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT will be received by the MELBOURNE AIRPORT AUTHORITY at the office of the Executive Director, Melbourne International Airport, One Air Terminal Parkway, Suite 220, Melbourne, Florida 32901 until Thursday, August 20, 2020, at 2:00 PM EST. Late proposals will not be accepted. Request for Proposal (“RFP”) packets may be obtained from Mary Anderson, who may be contacted at 321-723-6227 x 163 or by e-mail at manderson@mlbair.com . A MANDATORY virtual Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST. Instructions for attending the virtual meeting will be given on the Friday prior to the meeting date mentioned above as an addendum to the RFP. The MAA reserves the right to reject all proposals with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the proposal that best serves the MAA.
