The Port of Pasco, owner and operator of the Tri-Cities Airport, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from firms interested in providing Airport Architectural and Engineering Consultant services, as needed, for various aviation projects at the Airport, for a five-year period. Upon review of the SOQs, the Port of Pasco may interview the top-ranked firms prior to making a final selection or may select a firm based on the submittal alone. The selection process will be in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. Statement of Qualifications will be received at the Port of Pasco Administration Office, Tri-Cities Airport, 3601 North 20th Ave, Pasco, WA 99301 until 2:00 pm, local time August 16th, SOQs received after this time will be considered non-responsive. Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority (the “Authority”) invites proposals (“Proposals” or “Submittals”) from qualified airport consultant (“Consultant” or “Offeror”) to develop and recommend strategies and an effective lease structure and to assist the Authority with the successful negotiation of CONRAC (Consolidated Rental Car Facility) operating rental car agreement. The Authority is seeking a Contractor whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely and cost-effective Services to the Authority. The Authority‘s intent is to award a multi-year contract to a single firm to provide the requested services.
