Palm Springs International Airport (PSP), the City of Palm Springs is requesting Statements of Qualifications before 3:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, September 13, 2018 from qualified professional firms to submit a bid on the Palm Springs International Airport Ticketing Hall Remodel Project. All SOQ submittals must be received in the Procurement and Contracting Office, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, CA, 92262. The SOQ document may be downloaded via the internet at http://www.palmspringsca.gov/government/departments/procurement-contracting/bids-Submittals or by calling the Office of Procurement and Contracting, (760) 322-8368. Upon downloading the SOQ, contact Craig Gladders, Procurement and Contracting Manager at Craig.Gladders@palmspringsca.gov to be placed on the interested contractor list for this project. The scope of work will consist of major modernization and renovation of the main terminal Ticketing Hall in phases over a 6 month construction schedule as required for PSP. The Engineer’s construction estimate for the Project is $25,500,000 - $26,000,000.
