REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A CONCESSIONS OPERATOR AT LINCOLN AIRPORT (LNK). The Lincoln Airport Authority, operator of the Lincoln Airport in Lincoln, Nebraska, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to manage, operate, maintain and promote the restaurant/bar and gift shop operations located within the terminal building. The proposal documents will be available on or about August 12, 2019. There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on August 29, 2019, and proposals will be due on September 10, 2019, unless otherwise noted in the proposal package or a subsequent addendum. General Aviation/Fixed Base Operation and Facilities The purpose of this RFP is to foster competition with the existing FBO at Wilmington International Airport in accordance with NHCAA's objectives and Federal Aviation Administration regulations and choose one (1) qualified Fixed Base Operator ("FBO") for the construction and operation of FBO Facilities and provision of General Aviation FBO Services at Wilmington International Airport. The contents of this RFP are provided as background and general information for Proposers and as a guide for the NHCAA to evaluate submitted Proposals.
