The City of Fresno Airports Department (Department) is requesting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) from qualified and experienced consultants serving the airport industry and specializing in Airport Safety Management Systems (SMS) which are compliant with FAA Order 8000.369B, and long-anticipated Amendment to 14 CFR Part 139 requiring Airport SMS programs. The RFQs establishes the process for soliciting and evaluating SOQs from Proposers interested in serving as the consultant.

A Statement of Qualifications received by a Vendor who is not a “Plan Holder of Record” may be deemed non-responsive. A “Plan Holder of Record” is one who has received the RFQ directly from the Cuyahoga County Office of Procurement & Diversity.
