The City of San Diego is requesting Proposals from qualified firms interested in leasing approximately 9.4 acres of land located at Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport to redevelop, rehabilitate, develop and operate for use by the public for general aviation aircraft and related activities and incidental uses associated with its successful operation. The proposed leasehold is improved with 8 Port-a-Ports, 17 T-hangars, 18 Square Hangars, 51 tie-downs and an office/classroom/ hangar that totals approximately 5,640 square feet. The City of Hickory, North Carolina, is the owner and operator of the Hickory Regional Airport and is also the operator of the sole FBO at the Airport. The City hereby invites proposals from qualified producers and suppliers of aviation fuels, lubricants, and aircraft refueling trucks to be the sole supplier of the City’s requirements for aviation fuels and lubricants at the Airport.
