RFQ - Development & Operations of Air Cargo at JFK International Airport The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey intends to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on October 15, 2020 for the development and operations of air cargo at John F. Kennedy International Airport. The objective of the RFQ will be to prequalify interested firms that have experience in developing cargo related projects, to receive future Requests for Proposals or Lease Offerings. Firms with planning, design, construction, operations and leasing experience in air cargo are encouraged to submit their statement of qualifications in response to the RFQ.
