The CITY OF PENSACOLA will receive proposals as listed below. The RFP is available online at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids.aspx, or may be obtained from the Purchasing Office at City Hall, 6th floor, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, Florida. An optional pre-submission conference/site visit will be held on 10-10-19, 9:00 A.M., local time, at the Pensacola International Airport, Suite 224, 2430 Airport Boulevard, Pensacola, FL. The deadline for questions concerning the RFQ is 5:00 P.M., 10-21-19. Addenda will be posted to the City’s website. Respondents are responsible for obtaining addenda. The City shall have the authority to reject all proposals and advertise for new proposals.
