The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority’s (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division is currently accepting sealed Requests for Expressions of Interest (REOI) from qualified interested parties (Respondents) desiring to lease, improve, maintain and operate the facilities and associated land located at 4620 Alpha Avenue, Reno, Nevada 89506 (Premises) at the Reno-Stead Airport (RTS).
The purpose of this REOI is to determine whether there is market interest from Respondents to lease the entire Premises in its “as-is” condition for use that is consistent with the RTS Airport Layout Plan, RTS Master Plan and City of Reno Zoning Code.
Solicitations and addenda are available on-line on the Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) website located at the following address: https://nevada.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. You must first register in the NGEM Supplier System to receive solicitations. Your Supplier Registration profile will be shared with all participating government entities.
