The Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority (RTAA) Purchasing and Materials Management Division is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents desiring to operate a non-exclusive specialty retail and/or food and beverage concession in the spaces currently available at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RTIA) in Reno, Nevada. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held November 6, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. PST in the River Room at the RTIA. Proposals and any addenda issued to Request for Proposals #17/18-05 shall be submitted in sealed hard copy form and be received and time recorded in the RTAA Purchasing Offices not later than 2:00 p.m., PST December 18, 2017 when they will be opened. The St. Joseph County Airport Authority (SBN) is requesting professional aviation consulting firms to submit statements of qualifications for providing general planning, architecture/engineering design and construction administration services for multiple improvement projects to include, but not limited to, taxiway, apron and runway design and construction administration, asphalt and concrete rehabilitation/replacements and expansion projects, terminal area improvements, airfield lighting and signage, drainage, fencing/gates, architectural, planning, environmental, wildlife hazard assessment update and other related projects and services. Projects undertaken will meet the requirements of all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and codes. The Airport Capital Improvement Project (ACIP) required for federal funding will be provided upon request. The ACIP projects, timeframes and estimates are subject to change at any time. Interested firms must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in airport consulting.
