The City of Melbourne Airport Authority is seeking a competitive and qualified Development Team to enter into a long-term ground lease with the Authority for the design, construction, operation and management of new T-Hangar facilities at the Orlando Melbourne International Airport (MLB). The Airport is offering a parcel of land to be leased and developed in accordance with an agreement negotiated with Airport staff and approved by the Authority. The Development Team will collect and retain all rent from the T-Hangar tenants.
