Salt Lake City Corporation (City), through its Department of Airports (SLCDA), is inviting proposals from qualified entities to design, construct, operate and manage retail and food & beverage concession(s) at the Salt Lake City International Airport (Airport). The RFP can be obtained by Respondent(s) beginning October 8, 2021 by registering online at https://solutions.sciquest.com/apps/Router/SupplierLogin?CustOrg=StateOfUtah. It is the responsibility of each Respondent to register through the Utah Public Procurement Place Supplier Portal and frequently monitor it for any changes or updates affecting this RFP after the original posting date. Proposals will be received until 2 p.m. local mountain time on January 21, 2022. Respondents may contact Shauna Henderson at (801) 575-2978 with questions regarding the website. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 26, 2021. Respondents shall return the Pre-Proposal Meeting Attendance Form as described in Section 13 of this RFP by October 19, 2021.

The Municipal Airport Authority of the City of Fargo is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the advertising concession at Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND. The Request for Proposals and contract documents can be obtained at https://fargoairport.com/airport-authority/proposals/. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 20, 2021 at 10 a.m. In lieu of meeting in person, a virtual pre-proposal meeting option can be requested due to COVID concerns. Proposals will be received in the Airport Administration office of the Municipal Airport Authority until 2:00 p.m. on December 1, 2021.
