The Indianapolis Airport Authority is inviting interested parties to an information and networking event for the upcoming Indianapolis International Airport 2020 Master Plan on November 15th, 2019. The event will have a presentation about the background and direction of the airport along with an overview of unique elements to be included in The Master Plan, such as: Socioeconomic Deep Dive, Passenger Leakage Study, Roles in the Region, Airfield and Terminal Simulation and Intermodal Transportation Impacts. The event will also go over the schedule of the selection process. Following the presentation, parties will be invited to the 4th Floor Catwalk for a hosted networking event. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. (central), Thursday, November 7, 2019, in the BOARD ROOM, 4th Floor located at the Main Terminal at One Terminal Dr., Nashville, TN 37214. Copies of the Contract Documents (RFP, Proposal Schedule, Attachments, etc.) will be available on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, and may be obtained electronically from www.aerobidz.aero, an online tendering service. Palm Beach County, by and through its Department of Airports (Department), is seeking a full-service advertising agency to promote PBI and its related services and amenities. The successful proposer must demonstrate strong experience and talent in strategic thinking, creative development, media planning, brand development, social media, photography and video production, website development and enhancements, online marketing and lead conversion. In addition, the successful proposer must also demonstrate the vision and creativity to implement innovative plans within budgetary and regulatory guidelines. The successful proposer must be able to provide support from conception to execution, keeping in mind PBI’s high standards of excellence and the need to meet multiple deadlines.

The Port of Seattle (Port) invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing services related to providing management services for the premium lounges at Seattle – Tacoma International Airport. The Port intends on issuing one Airport Lounge Management Services contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of the contract resulting from this solicitation is expected to be a up to ten (10) years (a 5-year contract base with option to extend for an additional 5 years).
