The City of Tyler is soliciting qualification statements for Registered Engineering Services until 3:00 P.M. on December 5, 2017, to provide professional airport engineering, planning, environmental, and construction phase services in connection with improvements for Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. Qualification statements will be accepted in the Airport Manager’s Office, 700 Skyway Blvd, Suite 201, Tyler, TX 75704, ATTN: Davis Dickson. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held in the Airport Conference Room at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
