The City’s Department of Aviation is requesting a statement of qualifications from highly experienced and professional Hotel Developers. The objective of this RFQ is to have a qualified firm develop, construct and operate a new, nationally branded hotel complete with conference space and eating/restaurant accommodations at the Dayton International Airport. The City is seeking proposals from entities that can demonstrate a successful track record for similar projects and financial wherewithal. The project will be located on the grounds of the Airport. Due to Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) Grant Assurances, the Airport will not sell the land, but will enter into a long term lease for land.
