Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is soliciting Proposals from qualified engineering firms to contract for Project No. E19-15 PARKING LOTS DESIGN at Hollywood Burbank Airport. RFP documents can be obtained directly from the Authority’s e-procurement PlanetBids website located at https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=21910. The Authority will hold a mandatory pre-proposal conference on November 21, 2019 at 10:00AM in the Airport’s Pasadena Room, Bldg 9, 2nd floor, at 2627 Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505. RFPs shall be submitted electronically to the Authority by uploading to the PlanetBids website by 4:00PM on December 11, 2019. Late, emailed, faxed, or hand delivered submissions will not be accepted. Any inquiries concerning this procurement must be in writing and submitted through the Authority’s e-procurement website portal.
