The City of Atlanta’s Department of Procurement on behalf of the Department of Aviation is seeking the services of a qualified firm to provide Operation and Management of Common Use Facilities, including international and domestic gate scheduling and management, at ATL. Interested proponents are encouraged to register as a supplier and submit electronic bid documents, which will be accepted beginning December 4, 2019. Airport Property Leasing and Development Opportunity Augusta Regional Airport - AGS Augusta, Georgia. The Augusta Aviation Commission (AAC) is issuing this Notice of Availability seeking qualified parties to undertake the leasing and development of available AAC property located at Augusta Regional Airport, General Perry Smith Parkway, Augusta, GA. This opportunity consists of the undertaking of a long-term ground lease available for development of aeronautical or non-aeronautical use facilities and operations. Interested parties shall be responsible for designing and constructing all facets of the infrastructure of any improvements or facilities to be operated by the proposer or a third party, which operation shall be determined by proposer or third party, subject to AAC approval. The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority (FMAA) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms with significant experience in municipal finance or public securities and tax law to serve as legal counsel to the Authority related to the issuance of bonds and other debt instruments. FMAA is pursuing revenue bonds or other debt obligations required to complete the funding of the Terminal Program (~$100 million). The firm selected through this request for proposals process will be expected to provide the services normally provided by bond counsel in connection with the sale of bonds as well as other forms of financing. RFP materials are available via requests to rfp@glacierairport.com. Submittal deadline is 12:00 p.m. MST on December 16th, 2019. The FMAA reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities as defined by FMAA.

The Laredo International Airport is accepting proposals to operate and manage the Airport parking facilities seven (7) days a week starting from the first scheduled arrival aircraft to the last arriving aircraft. The schedule is subject to change, but typically covers the hours of 8AM-12AM, during afterhours the selected company must provide a 24/7 live customer support service phone line. During normal working hours the company must provide a sufficient number of personnel to assure an effective, efficient, courteous and convenient operation. The selected vendor will managed all commercial service vehicles accessing the terminal grounds for pick-up and drop-off of passengers. The selected vendor will develop/acquire a system for charging companies to access the airport with a fee schedule approved by the City.
