AIRPORT PLANNER

Serves in the Contract Management Division in the Airport Administration Department at either Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD); or in the Office of Marketing and Consumer Strategy located in the Headquarters Office. Performs general business functions related to concession contracts and tenant leases involving a variety of business operations, including airline facilities, food and beverage, retail, baggage carts, foreign currency and banking, public parking, rental car, taxicab, and other ground transportation, and the lease of Airport land for other development. AIRPORT FIRE CHIEF
The Susquehanna Area Regional Airport Authority at the Harrisburg International Airport, a small hub airport in Central Pennsylvania, is seeking applicants for the position of Airport Fire Chief. HIA is an FAA Index B small hub airport located in central PA. This Department also conducts fire safety inspections at the airport system's three general aviation airports. This position will direct on-airport firefighting, rescue, fire prevention, EMS activities and operations and work closely with mutual aid fire departments. This position is responsible for developing recommendations for the protection of life and property for HIA, as well as preparing the departmental budget and ensuring compliance with FAR 139 criteria for Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF). This position will also respond to and take lead in emergency incidents such as aircraft, airport buildings and property, facilities, vehicles, medical, hazardous materials, and other incidents endangering life and/or property.
