GENERAL BUSINESS SPECIALIST
As a General Business Specialist, you will work with contracts and leases for various concessions and tenant services at either Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). Performs general business functions related to concession contracts and tenant leases involving a variety of business operations, including airline facilities, food and beverage, retail, baggage carts, foreign currency and banking, public parking, rental car, taxicab, and other ground transportation, and the lease of Airport land for other development. Performs related functions. •Drafts solicitation documents, such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Invitations for Bid (IFBs), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs). •Participates in the competitive solicitation process for concessions. •Negotiates or participates in the negotiation of terms and conditions for contracts and lease agreements with prospective concessionaires and tenants. •Administers concession and lease contracts.

CONTRACTS MANAGER (DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION)
Through a team of Contracting Officers and Purchasing Agents, performs pre- and post-award contracting functions for large and small dollar value construction and Architecture/Engineer (A/E) contracts, including high-impact projects under the Capital Construction Program (CCP) and the Capital Operating and Maintenance Investment Program (COMIP). May perform pre- and post-award contracting functions in support of Dulles Toll Road operations, technology, and maintenance. •Participates in procurement planning and other Departmental administrative activities, including program review and pre-solicitation conferences. Prepares procurement plans and reviews procurement documents. •Selects appropriate contract type based upon complexity of the project, dollar value, availability of comparative price data and period of contract performance; prepares solicitation documents. •Identifies sources of competition, in conjunction with the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative through conducting market research to identify potential offerors.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
The Billings Logan International Airport is seeking an Airport Operations Supervisor. Bachelor’s degree with course work in airport administration, business management, fire science, or a related field. Three years of progressively responsible airport operations experience related to construction, facility maintenance, operation of heavy equipment, snow removal, and firefighting. Two years of supervisory experience is preferred. Possession of or ability to obtain a commercial driver's license and EMT certification. Experience with city government and the aviation industry are preferred. $26.48 – $29.18/hour DOE, plus excellent benefits, including overtime and standby. Current hourly wage tops out at $35.47/hour.
