MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION, WILDLIFE & SECURITY
Responsible to the Manager, Airport Operations for the efficient operation of the airport’s construction, wildlife and security activities. Represent the Manager, Airport Operations in his/her absence. Perform duties of Airport Security Coordinator or related function. Supervise and participate in the planning of all airport construction projects; coordinating all information to airport management, airport operations, airport maintenance, engineering and the airport community. Develop, implement, and maintain construction safety and coordination plans for all airport construction projects. Supervise, participate in and maintain the airport’s wildlife program. Supervise and participate in airport's security activities. Supervise and maintain the airport’s ID badge system. Supervise the airport driver training program. Will be present during all snow removal operations. Will fill-in for the Operations Supervisors on an assigned shift. May represent the airport at various meetings. Maintain review process for FARs, Advisory Circulars, NPRMs and Federal Registers to ensure relevant regulations are addressed expediently.

DEPUTY DIRECTOR
Position is responsible through an administrative, professional and technical staff, and a various number of contracted personnel for all the activities of a regional non-hub commission operated commercial services airport to include security, Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF), administration, operations and maintenance of the airport except, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Traffic and Electronic Navigational Aids. Nature of work is administrative and managerial, oriented toward contract administration and regulatory compliance program supervision with time sensitive conflict resolution and problem solving, fund procurement, long term planning, sponsoring and promoting airport expansion, improvement and finance with significant public relations, public speaking, education and presentation responsibilities. Incumbent works with substantial independence, reports to the Executive Director, receives direction in the form of authorization. Incumbent is also the designated Airport Security Coordinator (ASC) and acts as the Executive Director when necessary.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Operations Specialist responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a regional non-hub commercial services airport to ensure activities conform to Federal Aviation Regulation (CFR) Part 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) 1542, and Federal, State, local and Airport rules/regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Management or related field.Preferred current experience in operations of CFR Part 139 Airport and TSR 1542 compliance. Successfully pass a CHRC, STA, Drug Screen, Physical, and Driving Authorization prior to hire. AIRPORT EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Summary: Under supervision of the Airport Emergency Operations Manager, the Airport Emergency Management Coordinator in Planning oversees all elements associated with the various planning efforts and initiatives for the Charlotte Douglas International Airport Emergency Management Division. Oversight and development of additional plans include the Airport Emergency Plan (AEP), Airport Emergency Operations Center Plan, Terminal Evacuation Plan, Communicable Disease Response Plan, Family Assistance Plan, Continuity of Operations and other plans as determined by CLT Executive Staff and Leadership.
