AIRPORT PLANNING & PROGRAM SECTION DIRECTOR
Oversees planning and programming functions for state and federal airport improvement programs and projects from initial planning phase through consultant selection and close-out; implements the Texas Airport System Plan and oversees the Aviation Facilities Development Program. Reports to the Director, Aviation Division. Supervises a small group of technical and professional personnel. Work requires extensive contact with governmental agencies at federal, state and local levels, elected officials, aviation interest groups, contractors and private entities. Employees at this level are virtually self-supervising and assume direct accountability for the work product.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE - RSW
The Lee County Port Authority (LCPA) is seeking a Director of Finance. The Director will direct and manage the financial, accounting and budgetary functions for the Authority. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining all financial, accounting and budgetary systems involving a large volume of transactions. The Director is also responsible for processing and analyzing all financial records, requiring the applications of established financial and general accounting principles, theories and practices and the application of the specific requirement placed on accounting within a governmental unit. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or closely related field is mandatory, and an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. Five to ten years of progressively responsible financial experience necessary. Experience at a commercial airport is required for airport financing and PFC applications.
